+BEFORE FILLING OUT THE RETURN FORM PLEASE REVIEW IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN.
+Once the RETURN FORM has been completed and the returned item is received at our facility a STORE CREDIT will be issued within 10 days via the e-mail on file. We process RETURNS on the Friday following the date we receive the return.

+Local PickUp items should still process the return form and expect the same type of return process if item had been ordered online.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
To return a Grey House Goods item, it must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, have no stains (including makeup and deodorant), have no animal hair, or have no odor (including smoke or animal). Items not listed as final sale must be returned within the date ranges specified in the return policy.
We do not offer EXCHANGES due to limited size quantities. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Non sale item refunds will be applied as store credit via discount code and will appear via email 7-14 days following the first Friday after it has been returned. ALL returns must be made (postmarked) within 14 days of the of the postal service delivery date.
All SALE/CLEARANCE items are Final Sale. All Accessories are Final Sale, including, but not limited too, jewelry, hair accessories, hats and scarves. Final Sale items have a price point ending in .99.
STORE CREDIT/GIFT CARD
All returns from a non SALE/CLEARANCE item will receive full store credit to be applied to any future purchases with Grey House Goods.
DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED ITEMS
If your shipment includes a defective or damaged item, please contact (email@example.com) within 2 business days of receiving your shipment and process the returns form through our online system. Please include in written details any photos explaining the damage. Our customer service team will reach out to you to discuss the next steps in getting you a new item or process a return.
Discount codes must be applied at the point of purchase and can only be used while valid (no extensions). They cannot be added/applied after the order has been placed.
STYLE BOX and STYLE SERIES
Any items needing to be returned from a Style Box or Style Series must follow the same returns policy stated above. The value of the individual item (retail cost - discount for box/series = value) will be issued in store credit/discount code.
+All orders will be shipped outside of the local pickup option.
+Items ship via USPS or UPS within 0-7 business days of your paid invoice depending on shipping method selected. 3 Shipping methods are available. Free Shipping, 2 day processing or UPS shipping.
+Free Shipping will ship via USPS and will be processed in our facility within 2-5 business days.
+$5 Standard Shipping with ship via USPS and will be processed in our facility within 0-2 business days.
+UPS Shipping will ship via UPS and will be processed in out facility within 0-2 business days.
+Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
+Grey House Goods is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods while in transit.
+Grey House Goods will always provide a USPS tracking number upon request (Requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org).
